Delivery & Shipping Policy
We deliver to business customers throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and selected international destinations from our warehouse in England.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and, where practicable, orders may be processed on the same working day they are received. Same-day processing or dispatch is not guaranteed.
UK deliveries will normally be made using our nominated third-party carriers. Any delivery or dispatch times provided, including our typical 5–7 working day timeframe, are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by stock availability, order size, carrier capacity, adverse weather, customs, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframe but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses arising solely from a delay by a third-party carrier or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
UK Delivery Charges
UK orders with a goods value of £500 or more qualify for carriage-paid delivery, subject to any exclusions or additional charges stated at the time of ordering.
For UK orders below £500, a £10.00 delivery charge will normally apply per delivery.
Additional charges may apply to certain locations, oversized or unusually heavy consignments, pallet deliveries, specialist delivery requirements or other circumstances where standard carriage is not available. Where applicable, we will advise you of the additional charge before dispatch.
Ireland & International Deliveries
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times for orders outside mainland UK will be confirmed following receipt and review of the order.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance and local carriers. We cannot guarantee customs clearance times.
Stock Availability
All products are supplied subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our website and stock information accurate, displaying a product as available does not guarantee that sufficient stock will be available when an order is processed.
If an item is unavailable, delayed or available only in a reduced quantity, we may contact you to:
- advise you of the expected availability;
- offer a suitable alternative;
- part-dispatch the available goods;
- place the affected products on back order where agreed; or
- cancel the unavailable item and provide an appropriate credit where applicable.
We reserve the right to allocate available stock between customers where demand exceeds supply.
Split Deliveries
We may fulfil an order in more than one delivery where reasonably necessary due to stock availability, order size, carrier requirements or other operational considerations.
Where we choose to split an order for our own operational reasons, we will not normally charge additional standard carriage solely because of that split. Additional delivery charges may apply where separate or expedited deliveries are requested by the customer.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that somebody is available to accept the delivery where required.
Additional carrier charges arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt or other circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged to the customer's account where reasonable.
