Modern Slavery Statement
Modern Slavery Statement
For the 2025/2026 Financial Year
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Sensory Solution Wholesale (“the Company”) has taken—and is continuing to take—to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chains.
1. Our Commitment
The Company is committed to operating ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We recognise our responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains and to implement effective systems and controls to safeguard against any form of abuse.
2. Our Organisation
The Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of amusement and redemption products across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Based in Kent we employ around 10 people and are the supplier (third party) official licensee for many of the world’s most popular movie, TV, toy and gaming brands, including those from Universal Pictures, DreamWorks Animation, The Walt Disney Company, Marvel Entertainment, Sony and BBC.
3. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include manufacturing, IT hardware and software, logistics, warehousing and professional services.
We recognise that some of these areas may present higher risks of modern slavery, particularly where third-party labour providers are used or where goods and services are sourced from overseas.
4. Policies and Practices
Our Ethical Code of Conduct sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery and incorporates the following policies:
-
Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Policy
-
Environmental Policy
-
Whistleblowing Policy
-
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
These policies are reviewed annually and form part of our broader risk and compliance framework.
5. Due Diligence Assessments
We conduct due diligence assessments on our supply chains and business partners to identify areas of potential concern.
For higher-risk suppliers, we may:
-
Require modern slavery self-assessments or declarations
-
Review third-party audit reports
-
Engage in direct dialogue and site visits where appropriate
6. Training and Awareness
We provide training to relevant staff on recognising signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns. Our aim is to build awareness and empower staff to take appropriate action where necessary.
7. Ongoing Efforts and Future Steps
We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach to tackling modern slavery. In the coming year we aim to:
-
Strengthen supplier onboarding checks
-
Increase engagement with higher-risk suppliers
-
Enhance internal staff training in line with our Ethical Code of Conduct
