Price Match Promise

At Sensory SW, we are committed to offering outstanding value alongside an exceptional shopping experience. Our 100% Price Match Promise gives you confidence that when you shop with us, you're receiving highly competitive pricing on the products you need.

If you find an identical product at a lower price from another eligible UK wholesaler, we'll do our best to match it, subject to the terms below.

Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be for delivery within mainland United Kingdom.
  • The competitor's product must be identical to the product sold by Sensory SW, including brand, size, colour, specification, pack size and any other relevant product details.
  • The competitor must offer equivalent trading terms, including (where applicable) minimum order value, delivery charges and delivery lead times.
  • The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time the request is reviewed.
  • The competitor's advertised price must be exclusive of VAT.
  • The advertised price must be publicly available and independently verifiable.
  • The price must not be part of a clearance sale, limited-time promotion, flash sale, bundle offer or any other promotional campaign.
  • The price must not be subject to purchase restrictions, such as quantity limits or "one per customer" offers.
  • The competitor must be a UK-based business-to-business retailer or wholesaler. Marketplace sellers, auction websites and third-party resellers (including eBay and Amazon Marketplace sellers) are excluded.
  • Public sector purchasing organisations and framework agreements are not eligible.
  • Price matched products cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, vouchers or special offers.
  • Price match requests must be submitted before an order is placed. We are unable to apply a price match retrospectively.
  • Sensory SW reserves the right to refuse, amend or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice.

How to Request a Price Match

If your request meets the eligibility criteria above, please email info@sensorysw.uk with the subject line:

Please include:

  • The Sensory SW product name.
  • The product SKU.
  • The pack size.
  • The current Sensory SW price.
  • A link (URL) to the competitor's product page or a copy of the relevant catalogue page showing the lower advertised price.

What Happens Next?

Our team will review and verify your request against the eligibility criteria.

We aim to respond to all price match requests within 2–3 business days, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

If your request is approved, we will issue a single-use promotional code for the value of the price difference. The code:

  • Is valid only for the approved product.
  • May only be used once.
  • Expires 72 hours after it has been issued.

If your request does not qualify, we will provide a clear explanation outlining why the price match could not be approved.
